Integrative & Trauma-Informed Approach
Kris draws from multiple therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic therapy, and attachment-informed work—tailored to each client's unique needs and history. She believes that healing happens when clients feel truly seen and supported, and when therapy addresses not just thoughts and behaviors, but also the body's wisdom and the heart's capacity for resilience.
With roots in community mental health and child welfare, Kris understands the systemic and interpersonal dimensions of trauma. She brings both clinical rigor and genuine compassion to her work, creating a collaborative relationship where clients are active partners in their own recovery.
